- extra lean ground beef - 2 lb

How to make mexican chef salad:
Fry the extra lean ground beef until crumbly. Add salt to taste. Cool. Make a salad of lettuce, tomatoes, onions and avocados. Add kidney beans, ground beef, French dressing and 1/2 of the Doritos. Toss.Recipe categories: Salads, Main dish, Beans.
