Mexican cheese spread
Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- green pepper, chopped fine - 1/2 item
- jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered - 1 oz
- large bunch green onions, chopped fine - 1 item
- Roma tomatoes, chopped fine - 2 item
- or more drops Tabasco your preference - 10 item
- small bottle Green Goddess dressing if not available, I use Ranch - 1 item
- loaf thinly sliced bread, cut into rounds or squares no crust - 1 item
How to make mexican cheese spread:
Combine mayonnaise and cheese. Frost each bread round with mixture. Top with a piece of artichoke heart. Bake in 375° oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot!Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
