- garlic powder - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- ground meat - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 pkg
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- cheese to top layers - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown meat and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, soup and enchilada sauce. Layer in large casserole dish the soft tortillas, then meat mixture, then grated cheese. Then end with layers of cheese.
