Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 item
- frying size chicken - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm poultry dressing - 1 pkg
How to make chicken casserole:
Stew or bake chicken until tender, about 20 minutes. Remove chicken from bone into small pieces. Put 1 layer of chicken in baking dish. Spread over it 1/2 can of mushroom soup. Add 1 layer of dressing, then another layer of chicken, balance of soup and a layer of dressing. Pour chicken broth over it. Do not cover. Bake in preheated 350° oven for about 40 to 45 minutes, or until brown.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
