Mexican casserole

Ingredients/Components

• grated cheese
• hamburger meat
• onion, chopped - 1 item
• egg noodles - 1 pkg
• or 2 cans diced tomatoes - 1 item
• or 2 cans Ro-Tel - 1 item

How to make mexican casserole:

Cook hamburger meat and drain. Add tomatoes, onion and Ro-Tel. Cook until onion is done. Cook noodles, then when done, add noodles and cheese to hamburger mixture.
