Mexican chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- chili powder - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1/4 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- chicken, cooked and chopped - 1 item
- cans Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies, drained - 2 item
How to make mexican chicken casserole:
Break tortillas into 9 x 13-inch dish. Pour chicken broth over chips. Mix chicken, onion, pepper, soups and chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes. Add chili powder. Pour chicken mixture over chips. Top with cheese. Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
