Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can Ranch Style beans - 1 item
- soup can of milk - 1/2 item
- to 7 frozen corn tortillas - 6 item
- little dash of chili powder - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Saut?© meat and drain fat. Break tortillas into small pieces. Dilute soup with milk. Add all ingredients, except the cheese, to the browned meat. Mix together and spoon into a casserole.
