Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • can Ranch Style beans - 1 item
  • soup can of milk - 1/2 item
  • to 7 frozen corn tortillas - 6 item
  • little dash of chili powder - 1 item

How to make mexican casserole:

Saut?© meat and drain fat. Break tortillas into small pieces. Dilute soup with milk. Add all ingredients, except the cheese, to the browned meat. Mix together and spoon into a casserole. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350° until cheese bubbles.
