Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • sour cream - 2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1 item
  • paprika - 1 item
  • to 20 medium potatoes, cooked - 16 item

How to make party potatoes:

Beat potatoes with electric mixer until smooth. Add cream cheese and sour cream. If mixture is too stiff, add milk. Place in buttered 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Yield: 24 servings. Garnish with a large sprig of parsley.

Note: If refrigerating or freezing casserole, before baking remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking or allow more baking time. (May dry out if in oven too long and will need to cover with foil.)
