- pepper - 1 item
- chili powder - 1 item
- dried black-eyed peas - 1 lb
- Polish sausage - 1 pkg
- cans Mexican stewed tomatoes - 2 item
How to make mexican black-eyed peas:
Wash peas and put in Dutch oven. Add stewed tomatoes to peas and cover with water. Add salt, pepper and chili powder to taste. Cut Polish sausage into quarters and add to mixture. Cook until peas are tender. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Beans.
