- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 3 item
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
- sugar 2 Tbsp - 6 Tbsp
How to make meringue:
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until beginning to get double or fluffy. Start sprinkling sugar over whites, while continuing beating, until thick and all of sugar is used; if you tilt bowl over, it will not slide out.
