Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- parsley flakes - 1/4 c
- ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion flakes - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Waverly wafers, crumbled - 1 pkg
How to make meatballs and gravy:
In bowl combine beef, eggs, salt, pepper, cheese, parsley, onion and Waverly wafers. Form into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°. In 12-inch skillet, combine soup and milk. Add meatballs. Heat. Serve with noodles, mashed or boiled potatoes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
