Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 1 Tbsp
- fresh parsley, chopped - 1 item
- onion, minced - 1 item
- ground chuck - 2 lb
- ground pork - 1/2 lb
- Italian flavored bread crumbs - 2 c
- cloves garlic, chopped very fine - 2 item
How to make meatballs:
Place all ingredients in a large bowl; mix thoroughly. Let stand 1/2 hour. Shape into medium size meatballs. Fry gently in olive oil until lightly browned, or place on foil on a cookie sheet and bake for 1/2 hour at 350°. Put in your favorite spaghetti sauce; cook on medium-low heat for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
