- oregano - 1 item
- basil - 1 item
- parsley - 1 item
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- cloves garlic, crushed - 5 item
- large can tomatoes - 1 item
- peppers, sliced - 4 item
- veal steaks or veal cubes - 3 lb
How to make veal scaloppine:
Pound veal between plastic wrap. Saute garlic and veal; set aside. Saute peppers and add to veal and garlic. Add tomatoes, dash of oregano, parsley and basil. Cook on low flame 1 hour, until tender.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Veal.
