Ingredients/Components
- ground beef
- chopped nuts - 1/4 c
- milk - 3/4 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic granulated
- egg - 1 item
- basil - 2 tsp
- Italian sausage - 1/2 lb
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oregano - 2 tsp
- parsley flakes - 2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- caraway seed optional - 1/2 tsp
How to make meatballs:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate 4 hours. Make meatballs golf ball size and place on a cookie sheet side by side. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until firm to touch.Heat one 48 ounce jar Ragu slow-cooked homestyle tomato and herbs spaghetti sauce to which you have added 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Add meatballs to sauce.
