Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef
  • chopped nuts - 1/4 c
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic granulated
  • egg - 1 item
  • basil - 2 tsp
  • Italian sausage - 1/2 lb
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oregano - 2 tsp
  • parsley flakes - 2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • caraway seed optional - 1/2 tsp

How to make meatballs:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine and mix all ingredients thoroughly. Refrigerate 4 hours. Make meatballs golf ball size and place on a cookie sheet side by side. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until firm to touch.

Heat one 48 ounce jar Ragu slow-cooked homestyle tomato and herbs spaghetti sauce to which you have added 1 tablespoon brown sugar. Add meatballs to sauce.
