Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- hamburger meat, browned - 2 lb
- or more grated cheese - 1 c
How to make enchilada casserole:
In a saucepan, combine soups, enchilada sauce and Ro-Tel. Do not add water. Add hamburger meat. In casserole dish, lay the tortillas in bottom. Pour half of the mix over tortillas, then spread cheese. Make another layer of tortillas, then the rest of the mix and cheese.
