  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 2 3
  • garlic powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • ketchup - 1/4 c
  • fine bread crumbs - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • basil - 3/4 tsp
  • Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
  • bouillon cube - 1 item
  • bay leaves - 2 item
  • potatoes, cubed - 2 item
  • bag of frozen mixed vegetables - 1 item
  • brown gravy mix - 1 pkg
  • Flour and fry in small amount oil until brown

How to make meatball stew:

Mix and make into meatballs. Flour and fry in small amount oil until brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.Stew:1 onion, chopped1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce bag of frozen mixed vegetables2 potatoes, cubed2 bay leaves3/4 tsp. basil1/4 tsp. garlic powder1 bouillon cube1 Tbsp. sugar2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese3 1/2 c. water1 pkg. brown gravy mix Saute onion; add rest of ingredients (except gravy mix) including meatballs and simmer until vegetables are done. Make up brown gravy according to package directions and add to stew. Best when eaten a day or two later.
