Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 2 3
- garlic powder - 3/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ketchup - 1/4 c
- fine bread crumbs - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- basil - 3/4 tsp
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- bouillon cube - 1 item
- bay leaves - 2 item
- potatoes, cubed - 2 item
- bag of frozen mixed vegetables - 1 item
- brown gravy mix - 1 pkg
- Flour and fry in small amount oil until brown
How to make meatball stew:
Mix and make into meatballs. Flour and fry in small amount oil until brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.Stew:1 onion, chopped1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce bag of frozen mixed vegetables2 potatoes, cubed2 bay leaves3/4 tsp. basil1/4 tsp. garlic powder1 bouillon cube1 Tbsp. sugar2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese3 1/2 c. water1 pkg. brown gravy mix Saute onion; add rest of ingredients (except gravy mix) including meatballs and simmer until vegetables are done.
