Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • hamburger meat - 1 lb
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • black pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • soup can water - 1 item
  • slices loaf bread - 3 item
  • to 5 medium potatoes, peeled - 4 item

How to make meatball casserole:

Soften bread in milk; add egg, meat, salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs. Slice potatoes into casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add chopped onion. Mix soup with water. Add meatballs to potatoes and onion. Pour soup over entire cassero
