  • chopped onion - 1/3 c
  • ketchup - 1/3 c
  • slightly beaten eggs - 2 item
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • chopped bell pepper - 1 item

How to make meat loaf:

Combine all ingredients; form into loaf. Bake in moderate oven at 300° until brown.
