Ingredients/Components

  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • chili powder
  • prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • small can tomato paste - 1 item
  • chopped onion to taste - 1 item
  • soda crackers, crumbled - 10 item
  • small amount of salt - 1 item
  • uncooked ground beef - 1 lb
  • tomato catsup also add catsup to tops - 4 Tbsp

How to make meat loaf:

Mix together and bake in small shaped loaves in Pyrex pan about 350° until thoroughly cooked. Bake a meat loaf instead of quarreling with someone. Everyone will be much happier.
