  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • Italian seasoning - 1/4 tsp
  • leftover mashed potatoes - 1 c
  • dash pepper - 1 item
  • dash garlic powder - 1 item

How to make mashed potato soup:

In a saucepan, saut?© the onion in butter until tender. Add milk, potatoes and seasonings. Heat through. Makes 2 servings.
