  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • small jar chopped pimentos, drained - 1 item
  • enough instant Hungry Jack potatoes to make 8 servings
  • finely chopped onion, drained - 1 c

How to make mashed potato casserole:

Mix potatoes according to directions. Mix in all other ingredients. Pour in greased casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350°.
