  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • grated lemon rind - 1 tsp
  • orange juice - 1 Tbsp
  • grated orange rind - 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz

How to make marshmallow fruit dip:

Set aside 1 teaspoon orange rind. Combine remaining 2 teaspoons of orange rind and next 5 ingredients in a bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth and blended. Spoon into serving container and sprinkle with reserved orange rind. Serve with assorted fresh fruit. Yields about 1 1/2 cups.
