Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 1
- stalks celery - 3 item
- can LeSueur peas - 1 item
- jar pimentos - 1 item
- can white Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
- can seasoned green beans - 1 item
- large sweet green pepper - 1 item
How to make marinated vegetable salad:
Mix last 4 ingredients and bring to a boil over low flame. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate 2 or 3 days. Note: Drain all vegetables. Use 2 teaspoons lemon flavored pepper instead of salt and pepper.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Salads, Marinades and rubs.
