- vinegar - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- diced celery - 1 c
- medium diced onion - 1 item
- small jar pimento - 1 item
- French-cut green beans - 1 (16
- can baby green peas - 16 oz
- salad oil last - 1/2 c
- can Shoepeg cut corn - 1 oz
- Mix salad ingredients well and set aside
How to make marinated vegetable salad:
Drain canned vegetables well. Mix salad ingredients well and set aside. Mix sugar, vinegar and spices together in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and let cool. Add oil to the dressing. Pour over vegetables.
