Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 2/3 c
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can French green beans, drained - 1 oz
- can whole kernel white corn, drained - 1 oz
- can small party peas, drained - 1 oz
How to make marinated vegetable salad:
Combine green beans, peas, corn, onion and green pepper. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate 24 hours, stirring occasionally.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Salads, Marinades and rubs.
