Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- French cut green beans, drained - 1 (16
- can white Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 oz
- jar chopped pimento - 1 oz
- can tiny green peas, drained - 1 oz
How to make marinated vegetable salad:
Combine peas, corn, beans, onion, celery and pimento in a 3-quart bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over vegetables, mixing well. Marinate overnight.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Salads, Marinades and rubs.
