Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- grape jelly - 10 oz
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- barbecue sauce - 1/2 c
How to make manhattan meatballs:
In large bowl, mix together meat, crumbs, onion, eggs, parsley and salt. Shape into 1 inch balls. Heat oven to 350°. In large skillet, brown meatballs in margarine; drain.
