Ingredients/Components

• Duncan Hines yellow cake mix - 1 item
• water - 1/2 c
• oil - 1/2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• can small mandarin oranges, drained - 1 item
• Stir oranges in batter and bake in 3 layers at 350°
• large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• small box instant vanilla pudding mix - 1 item

How to make mandarin orange cake:

Mix cake mix, water, oil and eggs well. Stir oranges in batter and bake in 3 layers at 350°.Icing:1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip1 large can crushed pineapple1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix Whip until thick. Spread on cool cake. Keep in fridge.
