Ingredients/Components

• box yellow cake mix - 1 item
• cooking oil - 1/3 c
• eggs - 3 item
• cans mandarin oranges - 2 item
• orange flavoring - 1 tsp
• large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• tub Cool Whip - 1 (9
• small box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item

How to make mandarin orange cake:

Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and orange flavoring. Add orange slices, sliced and drained. Mix. Bake in two or three greased and floured layer pans. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes. Cool. Mix pineapple (with its juice) and pudding mix. Let set for five minutes. Fold in vanilla and Cool Whip. Fill between layers and frost. Refrigerate.
