Ingredients/Components
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- orange juice - 1/4 c
- cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed - 2 oz
- 1/2 sticks Parkay margarine, melted - 1 item
- Kraft jet puffed marshmallows - 15 item
How to make mallow topped sweet potatoes:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients, except marshmallows, until well blended. Spoon into a 1-quart casserole. Top with marshmallows. Bake for 20 minutes until marshmallows are lightly browned. Makes 6 servings. Preparation time: 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
