Macaroni salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- elbow macaroni - 8 oz
- celery, sliced - 1 c
- green or red sweet peppers, chopped - 1 c
How to make macaroni salad:
Cook and drain macaroni and set aside. In large bowl, stir together first 6 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat well. Cover and chill. Makes 5 cups.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Elbow macaroni.
