Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- salad dressing - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 8 item
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- small can pimientos - 1 item
- potatoes, boiled - 8 item
- or 4 sweet pickles, cubed - 3 item
How to make potato salad:
Peel and dice potatoes. Drain pimientos; reserve juice. Chop pimientos. Place potatoes, onion, eggs, pickles and pimientos in salad bowl. Combine reserved juice and remaining ingredients; mix well.
