Ingredients/Components
- small cabbage head - 1 item
- large green pepper - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- sugar - 1 tsp
- white vinegar - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
How to make german cole slaw:
Cut cabbage, green pepper and onion fine. Add 1 teaspoon sugar and set aside. Heat in microwave the remaining ingredients. Pour over slaw and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
