  • small cabbage head - 1 item
  • large green pepper - 1 item
  • large onion - 1 item
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • white vinegar - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • celery seed - 1 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp

How to make german cole slaw:

Cut cabbage, green pepper and onion fine. Add 1 teaspoon sugar and set aside. Heat in microwave the remaining ingredients. Pour over slaw and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
