Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- onion chopped - 1/4 c
- cooked macaroni - 3 c
- butter or margarine melted - 1 Tbsp
- green bell pepper finely chopped - 1/4 c
- sharp Cheddar cheese shredded - 3 c
- evaporated low fat milk - 2 c
How to make macaroni and cheese:
Toss macaroni with butter or margarine. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crock-pot. Cover and cook on high 2-3 hours, stirring once or twice.Recipe categories: Cheese, Pasta, Elbow macaroni.
