  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • apricot jelly - 1 item
  • 3/4 sticks butter - 1 item
  • rind of lemon - 1 item
  • grated almonds
  • vanilla zucker extract, found in specialty shops - 1 pkg

How to make linzer torte:

Mix flour and baking powder; cut in butter. Add sugar, almonds, eggs and all other ingredients except apricot jelly. Knead to a smooth dough. Take a spring-form and flatten 3/4 of dough into pan. Spread jelly over dough. Take rest of dough and use rol
