Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- apricot jelly - 1 item
- 3/4 sticks butter - 1 item
- rind of lemon - 1 item
- grated almonds
- vanilla zucker extract, found in specialty shops - 1 pkg
How to make linzer torte:
Mix flour and baking powder; cut in butter. Add sugar, almonds, eggs and all other ingredients except apricot jelly. Knead to a smooth dough. Take a spring-form and flatten 3/4 of dough into pan.
