Lime cottage cheese salad

Ingredients/Components

• boiling water
• vinegar - 1/2 tsp
• dash of salt - 1 item
• small cottage cheese - 1 item
• mayonnaise - 1/2 c
• small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• large lime jello - 1 item

How to make lime cottage cheese salad:

Dissolve jello with water and vinegar. Cool. Add pineapple and juice. When this starts to thicken, fold in cottage cheese and sprinkle in a dash of salt. Beat in mayonnaise; pour in mold.
