Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 1 c
- miniature marshmallows - 4 c
- lime juice - 2 Tbsp
- 1/2 pt - 1 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 oz
- can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 oz
How to make lime chiffon squares:
Combine margarine and crumbs. Press firmly into bottom of a 9-inch square or 12 x 7-inch baking dish. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in Eagle Brand milk, pineapple and lime juice. Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour into prepared dish. Chill 2 hours or until set.
