Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 3/4 c
- confectioners sugar - 1/3 c
- plain flour - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- soft margarine - 1 c
- Add 1/3 cup confectioners sugar, 3/4 cup cornstarch and 1 cup plain flour
How to make lemon melts:
Cream 1 cup soft margarine. Add 1/3 cup confectioners sugar, 3/4 cup cornstarch and 1 cup plain flour. Mix well. Chill 1 hour. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° until light brown on bottom, 15 to 20 minutes.Icing:1/2 c. confectioners sugar3 Tbsp. soft margarine1 Tbsp. lemon juice When cookies cool, combine icing ingredients and spread on top of each cookie.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
