Ingredients/Components

butter, softened - 1/2 c
sugar - 1 c
plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
eggs - 3 item
peanut butter - 2 c
light corn syrup - 3/4 tsp
vanilla - 1/4 tsp
regular oats, uncooked
baking soda - 2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
pkg - 1 oz

How to make monster cookies:

Cream butter; add sugar and beat well. Add eggs, peanut butter, syrup and vanilla. Beat well. Add oats, soda and salt. Stir with a spoon. Fold in remaining ingredients. Measure 1/2 cup for each cookie. Place dough 4-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press dough into a circle with fingers. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Centers will be soft.
