  • milk - 3 c
  • chopped nuts
  • coconut - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 1 c
  • plain flour - 1 c
  • cream cheese, softened - 1 (8
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • lemon pudding instant

How to make lemon lush:

Mix first four ingredients and spread in a long baking dish, forming a crust. Bake at 350° until slightly brown. Cool.

Second Layer: Blend next 3 ingredients and spread on top of first layer.

Third Layer: Mix next two ingredients and spread on top of second layer. Top with rest of Cool Whip (I use medium-size). Put one cup of coconut and 1/2 cup nuts on top. Chill.
