Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- large eggs, separated - 2 item
- can sweetened condensed milk Eagle Brand - 1 item
- Crust:15 graham crackers
How to make lemon freeze:
Crust:15 graham crackers2 Tbsp. sugar1/3 c. melted butter Beat first 3 ingredients and egg yolks. Mix well. Beat egg whites stiff and fold in. Combine crust ingredients and press into 9-inch square pan. Save 1/3 cup of crust to sprinkle on top. Pour in filling. Sprinkle remaining crust on top.
