- sugar - 1/2 c
- egg yolks - 4 item
- egg whites - 4 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- grated lemon rind - 2 tsp
- unflavored gelatin - 1 tsp
- homogenized milk - 1/4 c
How to make lemon fluff:
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored; beat in sugar, lemon juice, rind and salt. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until mixture coats a spoon.
