Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- boiling water
- ice cubes
- pecans, chopped - 1/4 c
- can evaporated milk, chilled and whipped - 1 oz
- small can crushed, chilled pineapple with juice - 1 item
- grated American or mild Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
How to make lemon fluff:
In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until ice cubes melt. Blend in chilled whipped evaporated milk. Add chilled pineapple, grated cheese and pecans. Chill in the refrigerator until set. May be served as a salad or as a dessert. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, 5 ingredients or less.
