- salt to taste - 1 item
- small green pepper - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- garlic to taste - 1 item
- red snapper - 2 lb
- lemon small - 1 item
- black lemon pepper - 1/2 tsp
- to 1 stick butter unsalted - 1/2 item
How to make lemon fish:
Season fish with salt, pepper and garlic. Set aside for 15 minutes. Cut up onion and green pepper. Squeeze lemon juice over fish. Put in covered dish. Add onion, green pepper and s/c lemon over the entire dish. Cook slow in oven for one hour. Serve hot.Recipe categories: Main dish, Freshwater fish, Whitefish.
