Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- celery seed - 1/8 tsp
- fish fillet - 1 lb
How to make lemon fish:
Place butter in baking dish. Microwave on High to melt butter (45 seconds). Blend in seasonings. Coat fish fillets in mixture. Place around in dish.
