Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- celery seed - 1/8 tsp
- fish fillet - 1 lb
How to make lemon fish:
Place butter in baking dish. Microwave on High to melt butter (45 seconds). Blend in seasonings. Coat fish fillets in mixture. Place around in dish. Cover with wax paper and microwave on High until fish flakes (with fork). Approximate time is 5 to 6 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Freshwater fish, Whitefish.
