Ingredients/Components

  • egg - 1 item
  • butter or margarine, melted - 1/2 c
  • crisp rice cereal - 1 c
  • Duncan Hines lemon cake mix with pudding - 1 pkg

How to make lemon crisps:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine ingredients; mix well. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 9 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool on pan 1 minute. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes 48 cookies.
