Lemon cookies

Ingredients/Components

• oil - 1/2 c
• box Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix - 1 item
• egg plus 1 egg white, well beaten - 1 item

How to make lemon cookies:

Mix egg and oil together. Add cake mix and mix with fork until all cake mix is moistened. Form into small balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350° for 10 to 11 minutes. Do not overbake. Makes 3 dozen.
