Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/4 lb
- water - 1 c
- box instant pudding - 1 item
How to make cream puffs:
Heat water and butter; bring to a boil. Stir in flour for 1 minute. Take off heat. Drop eggs in mix until it forms a ball. Place 1 teaspoon of batter at a time on cookie sheet. Makes about 24 Cream Puffs. Heat at 400° for about 35 minutes. After cooling, cut puffs in half and fill with instant pudding.Recipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less.
