  • flour - 1 item
  • oil - 2 3
  • parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
  • chicken broth - 1 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • capers - 2 Tbsp
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • to 6 chicken breasts boneless - 4 item

How to make lemon chicken:

Flour chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown in skillet with oil. Remove and place in shallow baking dish. Discard excess oil. Add chicken broth and lemon juice to skillet and heat. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with parsley flakes and capers. H
