Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- corn meal - 2 Tbsp
- stick melted margarine - 1/2 item
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
- large lemon, juiced and grated rind - 1 item
How to make lemon chess pie:
Mix sugar with corn meal and flour. Add melted margarine, lemon juice and rind. Add eggs. Mix well. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 350° until tested done. Do not overbake. Bake approximately 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
